My Niability workshops and classes began in 2007 when I was struck with a puppy-like passion to deepen my understanding of  The Nia Technique. The fire beneath the ever-evolving brew of offerings on this site is my authentic desire to more fully embody the form and the spirit of Nia.

As I continue to deepen my own Niability, I will keep sharing what I’ve discovered in the hopes that it will be of help to you as a fellow explorer of The Nia Technique.
