 For 25 years as a private school teacher, Gayle loved to find personalized ways to reach each student. Gayle now uses her creative teaching approach to “translate” Nia into an expressive and playful experience. Kat is known for her dedication to mastering the Nia Technique. She loves to share the tricks she has learned to achieve “off-the-charts” improvements in fitness, wellness, and self-healing. Both students and teachers say they are inspired by Kat’s technique, passion, and grace in movement.
